Whats next for Aaron Jeffery?

In the CFFC 93 main event Aaron Jeffery tore the title away from Collin Huckbody. Both men are DWCS alum with Huckbody even being offered a contract after an 88 second submission on the show. Huckbody ultimately turned down the offer and decided he needed time to build up his skill.

Going into this fight, both men had 3 and 4 fight finishing streaks respectively. They’ve been standing at the UFCs door pounding away, making this match up extremely important for the trajectory of both their careers.

While Aaron Jeffery lost his contender series bout against Brendan Allen(3-1 UFC) he now holds a win over a contract winner from the same show, proving undoubtedly that there is no more ignoring Jeffery, he is a middleweight option that the UFC should fully exercise.

Aarons only other loss comes to undefeated UFC contender Sean Brady(4-0 UFC) who has put on some clinics in recent months but, when Jeffery fought him back in 2015, both were completely different competitors. Since then, Jeffery has been on a 8-1 tear thats seen 6 of those by way finish.

There doesn’t seem to be a possible way to ignore the prominent middleweight contender, he keeps knocking down contender after contender on the regional scene and with Jasmine Jasudavicius taking a dominant win over Ashley Deen, it seems like Niagara top team is pounding at the door all together.
