9 Fighters Cut From UFC Roster

The UFC kicked off the month of May by thinning out its roster. Nine fighters are no longer with the promotion with some notable names being on the list.

The list of fighters included in these cuts are:

  1. Aalon Cruz

  2. Anthony Birchak

  3. Bartosz Fabinski

  4. Jordan Griffin

  5. Justine Kish

  6. KB Bhullar

  7. Luke Sanders

  8. Oskar Piechota

  9. Yorgan De Castro

All of the fighters on this list have two or more consecutive losses within the promotion.

Aalon Cruz and KB Bhullar each had two UFC appearances, which resulted in neither of them achieving victory. Yorgan De Castro racked up a 1-3 record while competing in the UFC’s heavyweight division. Bartosz Fabinski competed in the UFC 6 times and compiled a 3-3 record. Anthony Birchak also competed in the UFC 6 times and has a record of 2-4 in the promotion.

Oskar Piechota is not only removed from the roster, but has also been handed a USADA suspension that lasts until July 2022. Justine Kish has a 3-4 record in the UFC and Luke Sanders has a 3-5 record in the UFC’s bantamweight division.
