PFL 2022 Lightweight and Light Heavyweight Final Match Ups Have Been Determined

Robert Wilkinson will fight Omari Akhmedov for the 2022 PFL Light heavyweight Championship and Stevie Ray will fight Olivier Aubin-Mercier for the 2022 PFL Lightweight Championship.

These finals match ups were determined at PFL 7 - 2022 Playoffs: Pettis vs Ray 2 on August 5, 2022, in New York, New York. Stevie Ray earned his spot in the lightweight finals by defeating Anthony Pettis via unanimous decision (29-28 X3). Olivier Aubin-Mercier earned his spot in the lightweight finals by defeating Alex Martinez via unanimous decision (30-27, 30-26 X2).

Omari Akhmedov earned his spot in the light heavyweight PFL finals by defeating Josh Silveira via unanimous decision (30-27 X2, 29-28). Rob Wilkinson earned his spot in the light heavyweight PFL finals by defeating Delan Monte via TKO at 1:37 of round 1, which can be seen below.

The winners of these final fights will win the PFL Championship, which includes a $1,000,000 prize.

Olivier Aubin-Mercier is currently on a five fight win streak with victories over Alex Martinez, Raush Manfio, Natan Schulte, Darrell Horcher, and Marcin Held.

Stevie Ray is only on a two fight win streak with both wins coming from beating Anthony Pettis on two separate occasions.

Omari Akhmedov is currently on a 3 fight win streak with wins over Josh Silveira, Teodoras Aukštuolis, and Viktor Pešta.
