Luis Pena Arrested Again
Ex-UFC fighter Luis Pena was arrested last Tuesday, which is his third publicly known encounter with the law since June. Pena is facing two new misdemeanour charges, which include criminal mischief and battery. The Ex-UFC fighter is being held at Paul Rein detention centre in Pompano Beach, Florida.
In June of this year, Pena was arrested on felony charges of robbery, battery, and criminal mischief. This June arrest took place in Coral Springs, Florida. His second run in with the law happened on October 10th of 2021 where he faced one count of simple battery and one count of domestic violence battery. Luis Pena was released from his UFC contract just a few hours after news of the arrest broke out.
Pena entered the UFC through the 27th season of The Ultimate Fighter and competed for the UFC on 8 occasion. He managed to win 5 of these 8 bouts before being released.
